Here is your opportunity to join a 20-year-old company with its vision set on the future.  Rebekah’s Dreams Entertainment & Production Services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in our West Palm Beach, FL Headquarters.  Roles and responsibilities include generating leads, networking with potential and existing clients, and developing and executing marketing programs.  Our ideal candidate for this position is proactive, experienced, motivated, results-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized.
 
In this position you will initiate contact with potential new business prospects. Working with both pre-qualified leads and generating leads on your own, you will convey the value of the company’s products to expand our client base and footprint. Your primary objective is to meet weekly contact and sales goals to ensure our upward stream toward success! Additionally, you will work to create valuable content for multiple social media platforms, engage with followers and influencers, and develop topical information for our newsletters and email campaigns.

Sales & Marketing Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact sales prospects through social media, email marketing, as well as phone calls
• Generate leads
• Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the Rebekah’s Dreams brand
• Participate actively in industry workshops, seminars, tradeshows, and conventions
• Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral
• Measure success of various marketing campaigns
• Provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand
• Record all customer and prospective interactions and maintain contact database
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

Education and Experience

• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• 3 – 5 years proven experience in customer relationship management
• Experience with relevant software applications

Required Competencies and Skills

• Social media post designs, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Engaging clients
• Photo editing
• Experience with business social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Efficiency and organizational skills
• Administrative skills
• Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

 
Desired Competencies and Skills

• Basic understanding of theatrical lighting, audio, and video systems, supplies, and equipment
• Understanding of live event production
• Strong network in the live event industry
• Experience in any of the following: lighting design, scenic design, sound design, production management, stage management, rigging, lighting technician, audio technician, video technician, service technician, and/or shop experience
• Experience with installation and/or integration of theatrical systems
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.
